Bowl of Hygeia--Doug H. Parker, R.Ph.
Recognizes a pharmacist who has excelled beyond their standard job duties to pay back their communities through exceptional public service. See 2009 BOH Award Winners
Pharmacist of the Year--Mark S. Zamutt, R.Ph.
Recognizes a pharmacist who possesses a record of unquestionable integrity, outstanding service to the local or state association and a personal record of exemplary service to the pharmacy community.
Distinguished Service Award--Michael J. Wright
Recognizes outstanding service to the profession, association or health-care community. Recipient does not have to be a pharmacist.
Distinguished Young Pharmacist--Traci K. Thompson, Pharm.D.
Recognizes a pharmacist that has graduated within ten years for individual excellence and outstanding contribution to their pharmacy association and community.
Distinguished Student Pharmacist--Stacie Sacky Dacus
Recognizes a fourth year pharmacy student who has demonstrated excellence in leadership, community activities, and the advancement of the practice of pharmacy.
Distinguished Pharmacy Technician--William E. Irizarry, ChPT
Recognizes an individual who has demonstrated excellence in the role of pharmacy technician for the advancement of the practice of pharmacy.
Robert L. Hays Outstanding Consultant Pharmacist--Amista L. Salcido, Pharm.D.
Recognizes an individual who has demonstrated excellence in consultant pharmacy practice.
